About the Author
Noted theorist of Indian politics, Rajeev Bhargava was born in November 1954. After receiving a B.A. from B.A.in Economics from the University of Delhi, he completed his M.Phil and D.Phil from Oxford University. Few other books authored by Bhargava are, Multiculturalism, Politics and Ethics of the Indian Constitution, and The Promise of India's secular democracy.

Ashok Acharya completed his Ph.D. in Equality, Difference and Group Rights: The Case of India from University of Toronto after M.A. from Utkal University and M.Phil from Delhi University in Political Science.Acharya is the author of many books like Citizenship in a Globalizing World, and Insurgencies and Terrorism in India and Pakistan.
