To make countries judicial system more effective and less hustle free one significant change in court proceedings is mandatory. Every judgment should be published in native language considering easy adoptability and understanding of any accuser and defender.

Therefore, instead of being interpreted in local language, judgment pronounced in native dialect is the only viable and respectable solution.
