রসুনের আচার (Garlic Pickle) জিভে জল আনা এক খাবারের নাম। গোটা গোটা রসুনের কোয়া দিয়ে তৈরি এই আচার পছন্দ করেন না এমন হয়তো খুব কমই আছে। আগেকার দিনে প্রায় ঘরে ঘরেই তৈরি হতো এই সুস্বাদু আচার। কিন্তু এখন সময়ের অভাবে এটি বানাতে পারেন না অনেকেই। ফলে ইচ্ছা থাকলেও স্বাদ আস্বাদনের সুযোগ হয় না। খাস ফুড আপনাদের জন্য নিয়ে এসেছে সম্পূর্ণ ঘরোয়া ভাবে প্রস্তুতকৃত এই আচার।
রসুনের আচারের উপাদান
রসুন (চায়না), সাদা ও কালো সরিষা, হলুদ, মরিচ, সরিষার তেল, আদা, পাঁচফোড়ন, লাল চিনি, কালো গোলমরিচ, ঘরে প্রস্তুতকৃত ভিনেগার, লবণ, লেবু ও তেতুঁল।

এই আচার রুচি বৃদ্ধিতে বেশ ভালো কাজ করে। খেতে ইচ্ছে না করলে একটু রসুন আচার ক্ষিদা জাগ্রত করতে বেশ ভালো ভূমিকা রাখে। গরম গরম ভাত বা খিচুরির সাথে খেতে এই আচার বেশ জনপ্রিয়। ছোট থেকে বড় সকলের জন্য নিরাপদ, সম্পূর্ণ ঘরোয়া ভাবে তৈরি এই আচার এখন পাচ্ছেন খাস ফুডে ২০০ গ্রাম এবং ৪০০ গ্রাম পরিমাণে।
