About the Author
R. Sivarethinamohan (PhD), Director, Department of Management Studies, MIET Engineering College, Trichirappalli and former Professor of Finance, Alliance Business School, Bangalore, has 17 years of experience in teaching, research and administration. He has authored several books on various aspects of management. He has also contributed many research articles to leading journals, including Indian Journal of Finance and Indian Journal of Management and HRD Times. His current areas of interest are Microfinance, Risk Management and Derivatives, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, and Mathematical Modelling in Finance.
