He is Chief Anaesthesiology and Pain Management Clinic, Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences, Mumbai -India. He is recognized teacher to university of Mumbai and college of physician, Mumbai, India. He is on editorial board of Indian Society of Pain and Bombay Hospital. He is past President of Indian Society for Study of Pain (2001). He was Secretary General to Global Update on Pain (2000, 2003, and 2006). He has organized, chaired, lectured at many national and international meetings. He was course director and organized many Hands on Cadaver workshops.
