The exponential increase in the number of vehicles on road and the faster lifestyle of most citizens has lead to an increase in the number of accidents on the roads and household as well as industrial trauma. He is involved in the teaching and profession of anaesthesiology since last 30 years as faculty member in Institute.of Medical Sciences BHU Varanasi Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences Wardha and SSS Institute of Higher Medical Sciences Prasanthigram (AP). He was the founder Treasurer Secretary Vice-President and President of Indian Society for Study of Pain (lSSP) which is Indian chapter of International Association for Study of Pain (USA). He has been involved with the founding of South Asian Federation of Pain Societies West Zone ISA as their advisor and coordinator.
