Dr. Muhammad Tahir Ul Qadri is a world-known Islamic scholar in Pakistan. He was born on 19th February 1951. He was a professor of international constitutional law in the university of Punjab. He is the founder of Pakistan Awami Tehreek. He is the founding chairman of Minhaj-Ul-Quran International. He is from a Sunni Muslim who followed Hanafi ideology.
