Summary of the Book
Faruk, Metin and Nilgun visit their bitter grandmother every summer as a tradition. Faruk seems to be living a very aimless life since she got divorced and is also an alcoholic. Metin feels the need to escape to America and Nilgun is still in her race towards womanhood.
