Dr. Ashok Soni, 40, advocate, graduated in Commerce followed by the degrees in LL.B. and LL.M. with specialization in Mercantile Laws. He has done Ph.D. in Law titling ?Development of International Law in the Constitutional Framework : Role of Judiciary? from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur. He has been a research scholar of erstwhile Rajasthan State Law Commission. He has been part time lecturer in Law Faculty of Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur. He has delivered several lectures on various topics of law in India and abroad. He is a prolific writer, having edited almost fifty thousand judgments to prepare head notes on various laws for electronic data base ?Grand Jurix 2000?. He has authored ?Digest of Cases of Law of Contract? and ?Digest of Cases of Law of Evidence? and ?Complete Referencer of Intellectual Property Right Laws?.
