Amazfit Bip 3 Fitness Smart Watch has a 1.69-inch TFT colour touchscreen display with a 237 PPI pixel density and 2.5D glass that blends into its thin chassis which is housed in a rectangular metallic body. It also has heart rate and SpO2 tracking as well as onboard GPS. You also get over 60 workout modes, and sleep and stress tracking. Bip 3’s 280mAh cell is said to offer two weeks of battery life. it has also featured 5 ATM water resistance, plus numerous exercise modes. Amazfit has equipped the Bip 3 with a 24-hour heart rate monitor, along with a SpO2 sensor for monitoring blood oxygen saturation levels. This smartwatch weighs 120 grams with its watch strap attached. The Bip 3 should last 11 days between charges. The smartwatch offers a plethora of sensors for health tracking like a PPG sensor for 24 x 7 heart rate tracking, a SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen tracking, and also offers many other health features like sleep monitoring, stress tracking, and female cycle tracking, etc. The smartwatch features 60 sports modes and has a built-in dual satellite positioning system (GPS and GLONASS) to accurately track your walking, running, or cycling routes. This smartwatch comes with 50 cloud-based watch faces, two of which are highly customizable and there is also an option to choose a picture to make it into a watch face. The smartwatch also comes with all the usual functionalities like notifications, call alerts, media control, camera control, etc. It also has 5ATM waterproofing and comes with 44.2 x 36.6 x 7.6mm dimensions. It records your exercise data to help you work out at a higher level. You can check your walking distance, speed, heart rate changes, calories burned, and other key factors such as whether you are exercising in your fat-burning zone or cardiopulmonary strengthening zone based on your heart rate, as well as providing instant alerts when your heart rate gets too high. This smartwatch is equipped with a newly upgraded biological optical tracking sensor, the BioTracker 2, that supports the measurement of blood oxygen saturation. When feeling unwell, under mental stress, engaged in intensive workouts such as marathons and gym sessions, or in high-altitude and hypoxic environments, you can immediately measure your blood-oxygen saturation and understand your physical state.
