Potato is a type of vegetable. It contains essential elements for skin protection like Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Antioxidants, Minerals, Phosphorus. The ingredients in potatoes act as natural bleaching agents and lighten the surface color of our skin, remove dark spots and give a beautiful glow to the skin. 1. Skin Cleansing: Mix potato powder with one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of water. It works as a great cleanser. 2. Dark circles under the eyes: To remove the dark circles under the eyes, cut a potato and apply it there. 3. Eye puffiness: To remove eye puffiness, cut potatoes into slices and place them over the eyes. You will also get a lot of comfort in the eyes. 4. Removes oiliness: Mix potato powder with rose water. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice. Oiliness will disappear if used for 15 minutes on oily skin. 5. Cell health: Take a teaspoon of potato powder and mix it with lemon juice and apply it on your face. Wash off after 30 minutes. In this, the damaged cells of the skin will recover. 6. Removes wrinkles: If you want to remove skin wrinkles or age marks, mix potato powder with glycerin. And if you want to make the complexion fair or bright, then mix lemon juice with potato juice. 7. Moisturize: Mix two tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of honey with potato flour. Now wash your face with cold water. b) Potato, tomato and curd: Mix 1 teaspoon of grated potato, 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of curd and apply it on the throat and mouth for 20 minutes. Rinse well when dry. c) Potato, tomato and milk juice: Mix 1 teaspoon of grated potato, 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and 1/2 teaspoon of milk juice and apply it on the throat and mouth for 20 minutes. Then wash it well. d) Potato, multani mati and rose water: This pack is very good for oily skin. Mix together 1 tablespoon of grated potato, 1/2 teaspoon of multani soil and 1 teaspoon of rose water. Apply on throat and face for 15 minutes and wash off. If you have dry skin it is better not to apply it. e) Potato, curd and turmeric: Mix 1 teaspoon of grated potato, 1 teaspoon of curd and 1 pinch of turmeric and apply it on the skin for 15 minutes and wash it off.
