About the Authors
J. R. Tony Arnold is a retired Professor of Business Administration at the Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology. He was the Founding Coordinator of the Materials Management program, and has worked for over 16 years in the industry before moving to academia. He has also been involved in designing courses and courseware for both students and professionals. Tony is an engineer by profession and also holds an MBA degree.
